Cancellation Policy

Each monthly payment covers 8 lessons. If there are additional lessons in the same month, these lessons replace rainouts or holidays. They are not complimentary additional lessons. Our seasons auto-renew. To cancel the auto-renewal, we must receive an email with a 30 day notice prior to the next billing cycle. Bagnati Academy instructors and its Administration can and should be reached via email at playtennis@bagnatiacademy.com, with a 24-HR Response Window, excluding weekends; In regards to any questions or concerns. Texting or Calling must be only for urgent and time sensitive matters. Important Note: The Bagnati Academy Team is not in any obligation to reply to text messages that are not considered urgent/time sensitive. Check our FAQs page for quick answers to frequently asked questions. All Season dates are stated on Bagnati Academy’s website Calendar. Therefore all parents/players are aware of when a season begins and ends or has holiday breaks. It is the parent/student’s responsibility to honor Bagnati Academy’s terms and conditions, seasons and commitments. APP: It is the Student’s or Parent responsibility to download and keep up with the Spaces by Wix app for Bagnati Academy. Please don’t forget to turn notifications ON. Bagnati Academy is not responsible for missed notifications. ILLNESS MAKE UPS POLICY:We provide one illness related excused absence every 6 weeks, a medical note will be required to receive a make up. Make up lessons provided cannot be changed. If a player misses a make up lesson, the lesson is lost. Bagnati Academy is not responsible for lost lessons due to: traffic, other plans, ride issues, personal and work related matters.
