Bagnati Tennis Academy – Terms & Conditions
 

How Our Membership Works

• Enrollment at Bagnati Tennis Academy is a subscription to our developmental ecosystem, not a drop-in or pay-per-lesson service. Monthly tuition secures a player’s place in a continuous training pathway and allows the academy to retain top-tier coaching talent year-round.

• Tuition reserves a roster spot and is not calculated on a per-lesson basis.

  Continuous Enrollment

• Tuition is billed monthly and continues automatically unless the account status is changed to Hold or Canceled in accordance with the notice periods outlined below. All requests to change membership status must be submitted via email.​
  
  Membership Status & Billing Policies
  
  ​1. Active Status

• Billing: Payments are processed automatically on the 1st of each month.

• No Re-Registration Fee: Active members remain enrolled without additional administrative fees.
  
  2. Hold Status (Pausing Membership)

• Notice Requirement: A minimum of 30 days’ email notice prior to the next billing date is required.

• Hold Fee: A $25/month Hold Fee applies.

• Benefits: Hold Status preserves the player’s priority spot, maintains curriculum tracking, and waives the $50 Re-Registration Fee upon return.​
  
  3. Canceled Status (Terminating Membership)

• Notice Requirement: A minimum of 30 days’ email notice prior to the next billing date is required.

• Early Termination: Cancellations submitted without proper notice will incur an early termination fee equal to the current monthly tuition.

• Re-Joining: Players who cancel and later wish to return will be subject to a $50 Re-Registration Fee and placed on the waitlist with no guarantee of availability.
   

• Membership fees are non-refundable once billed, regardless of attendance.
   

• Academy Calendar, 5th Weeks & Closures
   

• The academy operates on a yearly calendar that includes scheduled holidays, school breaks, and planned closures. This calendar is published in advance on our website and app and is available for review prior to enrollment.

• Months with five Tuesdays/Thursdays are built into the program to offset potential weather cancellations.

• Scheduled academy closures are factored into yearly pricing.

• Scheduled closures are not eligible for refunds, credits, or make-ups.
  
  Make-Up Lesson Policies

• Weather-Related Make-Ups​

• Each player is eligible for one weather-related make-up per month, subject to availability.

• Make-ups may be scheduled during other academy sessions or designated Fridays and are announced via the app.

• Illness-Related Make-Ups
   

• A doctor’s note is required to schedule a make-up lesson.
  ​

• General Absences
   

• Missed lessons due to vacations, scheduling conflicts, or personal reasons are not eligible for make-ups, credits, or refunds.
   

• Missed Make-Ups

• The academy is not responsible for rescheduling if a player does not attend a confirmed make-up session.
   

• Injury & Medical Leave

• In the event of a documented injury:

• Membership may be paused immediately, waiving the 30-day notice requirement.

• A doctor’s note is required.

• A credit will be applied upon the player’s return.
  
  Payment & Late Fees

• Automatic Billing: Occurs on the 1st of each month. If the 1st falls on a weekend or holiday, billing may occur on the prior business day.

• Late Fee: A $15 late fee applies if payment is not received within five (5) days of billing.

• Failed Payments: Accounts with two failed payment attempts may have their roster spot released to the waitlist.
  
  Standards of Conduct & Communication
   

• Bagnati Tennis Academy is committed to maintaining a respectful, professional environment.
   

• Harassment, abusive language, threatening behavior, false accusations, or disrespectful communication toward academy staff, coaches, or representatives — whether in person, via email, messaging platforms, social media, or the app — will not be tolerated.
   

• The academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate enrollment immediately if conduct or communication is deemed inappropriate or misaligned with academy standards. In such cases, no refunds are owed unless explicitly determined by the academy as a courtesy.
   

• Right to Refuse or Terminate Service

• The academy reserves the right to refuse service or discontinue enrollment at any time if a family’s expectations, conduct, or communication are not aligned with academy policies, procedures, or standards.
   

• Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
   

• By enrolling, families agree not to dispute or initiate chargebacks for tuition payments that comply with the academy’s published policies.
   

• In the event of a dispute, the academy may submit accepted terms, billing records, attendance history, and published policies to the financial institution. Chargebacks initiated in violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of enrollment and restriction from future participation.
   

• Acknowledgment of Policies
   

• By enrolling, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to Bagnati Tennis Academy’s Terms & Conditions, including tuition structure, scheduled closures, refund policy, membership status requirements, and standards of conduct. I understand that tuition is non-refundable once billed and that scheduled breaks are factored into pricing.
