​Membership & Billing Policies

• A 30-day cancellation notice must be submitted before the next automatic billing date to avoid being charged for the following month.

• To pause a membership, a 30-day email notice is required before the billing date. A $25 hold fee per month will be applied to reserve the player’s spot and ensure continuity in the program. This fee will be charged upon the player's return.

• If a cancellation is requested without the required 30-day notice, an early termination fee equal to the current monthly payment will be charged to the account on file.

• Membership fees are non-refundable once billed, regardless of attendance.

Make-Up Lesson Policies​​

• Weather-Related Make-Ups: These are held during other Academy-scheduled lessons or Fridays, depending on availability. Announced via the app. Due to our small group sizes and personalized coaching, each player is eligible for one weather-related make-up per month.

• Illness-Related Make-Ups: Require a doctor’s note to schedule a make-up lesson.

• General Absences: Missed lessons for personal reasons (e.g., vacations, scheduling conflicts) do not qualify for a make-up.

• Missed Make-Up Sessions: Bagnati Academy is not responsible for rescheduling missed make-up lessons if a player does not attend their scheduled make-up session.

• Monthly Lesson Structure: Each player receives 4–12 group lessons per month, depending on their registration. In months with five Tuesdays and/or Thursdays, the additional sessions are not complimentary — they are built into the program to account for weather-related make-ups when needed.

Planned Academy Closures

• Scheduled academy closures (e.g., holidays, school breaks) are factored into pricing and will not be eligible for make-up lessons or credits.

• Any unscheduled closures (e.g., unforeseen facility issues) will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.

Injury & Medical Leave Policy

• In the event of an injury, Bagnati Academy will pause the membership and apply the credit toward lessons upon the player's return.

• A doctor's note may be required to confirm extended medical leave.

Payment & Late Fees

• Payments are processed automatically on the first of each month. If the 1st falls on a weekend or holiday, payments may be processed the previous business day.

• A late fee of $15 will be applied if a payment is not received within 5 days of the billing date.

• If a payment fails twice, the player’s spot may be released.

Player & Parent Responsibilities

• Players are expected to arrive on time and ready to participate in their scheduled lessons.

• Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring their child attends scheduled lessons and notifying the academy in advance of any absences.

• Players must follow Bagnati Academy’s code of conduct, which includes respecting coaches, peers, and academy facilities.

• Parents are asked to remain at a respectful distance from the courts when observing lessons. Please do not enter the court area or position yourself directly behind the fence line. Our facilities offer designated viewing points for parents — we kindly ask that you honor these to ensure a focused and safe learning environment for all players.​
