To pause your membership before the next automatic billing date, a 30-day email notice must be submitted prior to the billing date. A $25 hold fee will be applied for each month the membership is paused, which helps reserve the player’s spot and ensure continuity in the program. This fee will be charged upon their return.
To cancel your membership, a 30-day cancellation notice must be emailed before the next automatic billing date.
In the event of an immediate cancellation without the required 30-day notice, a $99 early termination fee will be charged to the account on file. If the player wishes to rejoin the Academy, a re-entry fee of $99 will be added to the first month's payment of the new season.
Bagnati Academy is a corporation with financial obligations, including commitments to our facility, coaches, taxes, and sponsors. As such, if a customer fails to comply with the Terms and Conditions and has an outstanding balance for 90 days, the debt may be reported to credit agencies, including Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion, in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

All season dates, including start and end dates as well as holiday breaks, are clearly outlined on our website. We kindly ask all parents and players to review the calendar and stay informed about the season schedule. It is the parent’s responsibility to adhere to BTA's terms, conditions, and commitments.
Bagnati Academy requires a 30-day notice to add or reduce a day in Academy lessons. As each group is limited to 8 players, the Academy must plan ahead accordingly.
If a request to reduce attendance days is made without the required 30-day notice, a $50 fee will be applied to the following month’s lessons, and the requested changes will be implemented.
If a request to increase attendance days is made without a 30-day notice, your child will be placed on a waiting list for that month, and you will be notified based on group availability.
While we strive to assign the same instructor for each group or private lesson, we cannot guarantee it due to potential sick or travel days.
Rest assured, our Assistant Coaches are former or current college players who have undergone specific training with our Head Pros to ensure consistency in instruction and teaching style.
Yes, however, we require a 30-day notice prior to the next billing cycle to pause or cancel the Academy commitment. If a 30-day notice is not received, the student/parent is responsible for completing the current Academy month's lessons. The pause or cancellation notice will then apply to the following month.
Yes, you may enter the Academy without a re-entry fee if you currently still have a membership with us through private lessons. However, you must complete your set of private lessons even when choosing to switch back to the Academy. Private Lessons are not creditted towards Academy lessons or vise-versa for any reason.
