One Toss; One Serve; 20secs Between Points; Player serves until point lost; Receiver Always Ready; Play Lets;One 60s Timeout Per Bolt;Two Team Substitutions Per Bolt;Scoring is Simple (1, 2, 3, 4) - 2 Points for clean winners Bolt = 1x10 minute INTENNSE Session.
