Weather-Related Make-Ups: These are held on Fridays or during other scheduled lessons, depending on availability. Announced on the app. Due to our small group sizes and personalized coaching, each player is eligible for one weather-related make-up per month.

Make-up lesson announcements are subject to availability. Parents will receive notifications through their respective group lessons or a private email/message if an individual make-up lesson is scheduled. Attendance confirmation is required to help us plan accordingly.

Please only confirm attendance if your child will be attending, and do not show up without prior confirmation. Lessons are scheduled based on confirmed attendance, and unexpected no-shows or unannounced arrivals can disrupt staffing and planning.

To pause your membership before the next automatic billing date, a 30-day email notice must be submitted prior to the billing date. A $25 hold fee will be applied for each month the membership is paused, which helps reserve the player’s spot and ensure continuity in the program. This fee will be charged upon their return.

To cancel your membership, a 30-day cancellation notice must be emailed before the next automatic billing date.

In the event of an immediate cancellation without the required 30-day notice, a $99 early termination fee will be charged to the account on file. If the player wishes to rejoin the Academy, a re-entry fee of $99 will be added to the first month's payment of the new season.

Bagnati Academy is a corporation with financial obligations, including commitments to our facility, coaches, taxes, and sponsors. As such, if a customer fails to comply with the Terms and Conditions and has an outstanding balance for 90 days, the debt may be reported to credit agencies, including Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion, in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

Bagnati Academy is not responsible for rescheduling missed make-up lessons if a player does not attend their scheduled make-up session.

Bagnati Academy requires a 30-day notice to add or reduce a day in Academy lessons. As each group is limited to 8 players, the Academy must plan ahead accordingly.

If a request to reduce attendance days is made without the required 30-day notice, a $50 fee will be applied to the following month’s lessons, and the requested changes will be implemented.

If a request to increase attendance days is made without a 30-day notice, your child will be placed on a waiting list for that month, and you will be notified based on group availability.

To help keep our community safe from COVID-19, our guidelines follow CDC recommendations. According to the CDC, you may return to others after isolating for five days and no longer exhibiting symptoms. Additionally, we kindly request that you email us a proof of a negative test result (either antigen or PCR) before returning to lessons, to ensure the safety of all players and their families.

Absolutely! We highly recommend that players attend private lessons in addition to their Academy group lessons. Private lessons are tailored to the individual player's needs and can help build confidence, not only in Academy lessons but also during scheduled match play.

Yes, however, we require a 30-day notice prior to the next billing cycle to pause or cancel the Academy commitment. If a 30-day notice is not received, the student/parent is responsible for completing the current Academy month's lessons. The pause or cancellation notice will then apply to the following month.

Yes, you may enter the Academy without a re-entry fee if you currently still have a membership with us through private lessons. However, you must complete your set of private lessons even when choosing to switch back to the Academy. Private Lessons are not creditted towards Academy lessons or vise-versa for any reason.
